Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary Range: 100,000 – 120,000 BDT (depending on experience and skills)
The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience leading a team in a software company.
🔹 Position Overview
Position: Sr. Product Developer (Team Lead)
VL Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Product Developer to lead the full product lifecycle—from concept and development to launch, optimization, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both hands-on development and leading a small to mid-sized technical team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from planning to deployment and iteration.

Develop and maintain web applications, internal tools, and software systems.

Design, build, manage, and optimize backend APIs and databases.

Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces.
-
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a consistent UI across devices.
-
Optimize site and app performance, including loading speed and asset optimization.
-
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, security, and stability.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations, etc.) to enhance product features and user experience.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
🔹 Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in web and/or software development.

At least 2 years of experience leading a development team in a software company (mandatory).

Experience in an Advertising Agency or Software Company will be considered a plus.
🔹 Educational / Technical Requirements

Proven experience in both web development and software development.

Strong command of at least one backend language:

Python / PHP / Node.js / Java

Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

React / Next.js / Vue

Solid understanding of:

Responsive design

Cross-browser behavior

Basic SEO structure

Practical experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc., and RESTful API integration.

Strong knowledge of software architecture, deployment workflows, and environment management.

Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.

Familiarity with testing practices/tools is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to build and launch real-world products (please include portfolio/links where possible).
