Our client is an international technology and product company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. The company develops and operates production-grade digital platforms across fintech, digital payments, live operations, and media streaming, serving international markets.

The company is strengthening its engineering capabilities in Dhaka, Bangladesh, offering experienced engineers the opportunity to work on scalable international products, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate directly with global technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using C#, .NET 6/8+, and ASP.NET Core Web API.

• Build microservices and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

• Optimize SQL Server databases, Entity Framework Core queries, and application performance.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD deployments.

• Develop secure APIs and ensure reliable transaction processing and data integrity.

• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and establish engineering best practices.

• Work directly with the Global CTO on system architecture and critical technical decisions.

Requirements

✅ 5–8+ years of hands-on C#/.NET backend development experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful APIs.
✅ Practical experience with Apache Kafka, microservices, and distributed systems.
✅ Advanced SQL Server query optimization and database performance tuning skills.
✅ Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
✅ Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure API development.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and experience handling production-level challenges.
✅ Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
⭐ Experience in fintech, digital payments, or high-availability systems will be an advantage.
