- Familiarity with Salesforce.com – preferred but not required
- 2-5 years of experience within a similar role is preferred
- Previous experience in market research/analysis would be an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather data from different sources
- Conduct in-depth research and analyze data to identify targets
- Find contact information and other necessary information as required
- Research on potential customers for SEBPO services
- Find and gather information on competitors in the market
- Create new leads in Salesforce
- Update data in Salesforce to keep the records up-to-date
- Ongoing cleansing of the Sales database in response to regular outbound email campaigns
- Provide analytical support to Sales and Marketing teams
- Generate regular reports in Excel to communicate insights to internal stakeholders
