Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new customer leads through online and offline channels.

Contact potential clients via phone calls, email, and social media.

Introduce the company’s HR software solutions and explain their benefits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings when required.

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve daily and monthly customer outreach targets.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support business growth.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet & Email).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to write professional emails and communicate in English.

Positive attitude with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Smart, confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Age: 25–28 years.
