 Role Overview

 Key Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Technical Project Management (Software Industry)

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• PMP / Scrum Master certification will be an advantage

• Fluent communication skills in English (Must) and Bangla

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects

• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

• Mentor junior project managers and team members

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and leadership
