Qbec Digital Ltd. is looking for an experienced and visionary associate art directorΒ to join its creative team in Dhaka.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior creative professional who can combine art direction, visual storytelling, strategic thinking, and team leadership to create high-impact work for brands and global clients.

THE ROLE
As an Associate Art Director, you will take ownership of creative execution and visual quality across branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects.
You will work closely with designers, strategists, clients, and cross-functional teams to transform creative briefs into compelling visual solutions while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Translate creative briefs and business objectives into strong visual concepts.
β’ Lead the development and execution of branding, campaigns, and digital creative assets.
β’ Provide creative direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to designers.
β’ Develop moodboards, storyboards, and visual direction for creative projects.
β’ Present concepts, proposals, and pitch materials to clients with confidence and clarity.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and creative alignment.
β’ Conduct creative quality control and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
β’ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
β’ Apply strong storytelling, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to every creative challenge.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must Have:
β’ 6+ years of professional experience in a relevant creative/design role.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
β’ Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
β’ A strong creative portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work and creative thinking.
Nice to Have:
β’ Previous experience in a creative agency or fast-paced environment.
β’ Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and 3D Animation.
β’ Experience with AI-powered creative tools and modern creative workflows.
