🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university

Age: 24–28 years

Candidates residing near Mirpur will be preferred
✅ Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla & English

Strong English speaking and writing proficiency

Basic knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing

Ability to manage and organize large amounts of candidate data

Proficiency in:

Microsoft Excel & Word

Professional Email Writing

Typing & Documentation

AI Tools & Basic AI Concepts

Canva — Basic Design Skills

Strong multitasking ability

Ability to work responsibly under pressure

Willingness to communicate with candidates and attend corporate meetings with senior-level clients

Strong interest in building a career in Recruitment & HR
