๐ง About the Role
Weโre looking for an experienced Live Streaming Country Admin to manage and scale our live streaming operations in the India market.
This role is critical for creator growth, content quality, engagement, and monetization. Youโll collaborate remotely with an international team and directly impact platform performance in India.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ฏ Live Stream Operations

Oversee daily live streaming operations and performance in India

Monitor and optimize live sessions

Ensure content compliance with platform guidelines
๐ค Creator & Influencer Management

Recruit, onboard, and train live streamers
-
Build long-term relationships with top creators and influencers
-
Provide performance feedback and growth strategies
๐ Content Strategy & Growth

Analyze live trends, user behavior, and engagement metrics
-
Execute localized growth campaigns with marketing teams
-
Develop India-focused content strategies
๐ฃ Community & Trust Management

Handle user complaints and content violations
-
Coordinate with Trust & Safety teams
-
Maintain a safe and positive live environment
๐ก Performance Tracking & Reporting

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports (KPIs, engagement, earnings)

Track creator metrics and optimize incentive programs
-
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
๐ค Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with product teams on feature improvements

Coordinate with marketing, ads, payments, and localization teams
-
Support monetization and revenue growth initiatives
๐ Required Qualifications
-
3โ5 years experience in live streaming operations, community, or platform management
-
Strong knowledge of platforms like Bigo Live, MICO, Chamet, Yome Live, etc.

Excellent English communication skills (Hindi or regional languages preferred)

Experience managing creators, KPIs, analytics, and campaigns
-
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
๐ Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience with virtual gifting & live monetization

Managing large creator communities or remote teams

Knowledge of content moderation & compliance tools

Strong understanding of Indian digital culture and trends
