Employment Type: Full-time (9 AM – 6 PM, 1-hour lunch break)
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
Salary: Competitive (Starting from 90,000 BDT based on skill & experience)

Position Title: Product Manager + Project Manager (Dual Role)

🚀 Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Product Manager + Project Manager to lead both product strategy and project execution for an international EdTech project. This is a dual role, focused on driving monetization, fostering international growth, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product and project delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧩 Product Management

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business and growth objectives.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to shape product direction.

• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and feature specifications.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, development, and marketing teams to deliver features.

• Develop and implement strategies for user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

• Track KPIs (DAU, retention, conversion, revenue) to make informed, data-driven decisions.

🧭 Project Management

• Lead a cross-functional team (developers, designers, content creators, QA) to drive project execution.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly progress reviews, and sprint retrospectives to ensure team alignment.

• Plan milestones and deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations.

• Oversee project timelines, risks, and maintain smooth communication between teams in Japan and Bangladesh.

• Manage project schedules, documentation, and progress reports to ensure timely delivery.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined experience in Product and Project Management.

• Proven track record of successfully leading teams of 6+ members.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana, or ClickUp.

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience in making data-driven product decisions.

• Preferred: Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based products.

• Preferred: Experience working with international or Japanese clients.

📋 Employment Terms

• Probation Period: 3 months (performance review after probation)

• Paid Leave: 10 days per year (after probation)

• Government Holidays: As per Bangladesh government calendar

• Yearly Performance Bonus: 0–100% of one month’s base salary (after 1 year)

• All terms follow Bangladesh Labour Law.
