Senior Software Engineer — Salesforce

Salary: Tk. 150,000–180,000 (Monthly)
Location: Tropical Molla Tower, Pragati Sarani, Dhaka
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (On-site)

Job Context

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our Delivery Team. You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and elevate client service. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across client services, back-office operations, and other departments to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development: Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, validation rules, and Apex triggers. Create user-friendly interfaces using Lightning, advanced CSS, and JavaScript.

• Integrations: Design and manage integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Orion and other financial platforms) using REST and SOAP APIs; ensure reliable data flow and synchronization.

• Agile Delivery: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; deliver within sprint commitments while maintaining high code quality.

• Admin & Documentation: Document processes, integration designs, and deployment steps; collaborate with stakeholders to gather/refine requirements.

• CI/CD & Release: Lead deployments following CI/CD best practices; manage version control and promote changes across environments smoothly.

• Security & Auth: Implement and manage OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO); ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and org-wide policies.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or related field.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development.

• Proficiency with LWC, Apex, JavaScript, CSS.

• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment best practices (e.g., Git, DX, packaging).

• Practical experience with OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce security.

• Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and financial platforms like Orion.

• Proven success working in Agile teams and meeting sprint commitments.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Administrator).

• Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, APIs) and monitoring/logging.
