🧑‍🎨 SENIOR MOTION DESIGNER (2 Positions)

📍 Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka
🕒 Type: Full-time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
💰 Salary: BDT 60,000 – 80,000/month
📅 Experience: Minimum 4 years

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Create advanced motion graphics & animations in Adobe After Effects

• Animate UI/UX designs with smooth and engaging transitions

• Work with path, shape, and 2D character animations (rigging & movement)

• Produce Lottie animations for app integration

• Add typography, sound, and VFX for polished final outputs

• Optimize animations for various screen sizes and platforms

• Collaborate with design/dev teams and manage multiple projects

• Stay updated with latest trends and mentor junior designers

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Expert in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro

• Basic knowledge of Figma

• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion storytelling, and 2D animation workflows

• Experience in creating Lottie animations and AV editing

👩‍💻 JUNIOR MOTION DESIGNER (2 Positions)

📅 Experience: Not required (creativity & tool skills are key!)
🕒 Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: Based on skill and portfolio

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Support motion design projects in Adobe After Effects

• Animate simple UI/UX elements and graphic assets

• Assist in path, shape animations and adding visual/audio effects

• Learn on the job and grow with real project exposure

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Familiar with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro

• Basic Figma knowledge is a plus

• Creative, motivated, and eager to learn

• Must have a portfolio (even personal or student work is welcome)
