Position Overview:

We are seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, business requirement analysis, excellent communication & leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful software projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements:

• Education Minimum: BSc in CSE or any other related field.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English (English Medium background is a plus)
• 5+ years in Project Management/Business Analyst, specializing in large-scale IT projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams comprised of diverse stakeholders, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
• Extensive expertise in conducting business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering, with a focus on driving tangible business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, with the ability to adapt methodologies based on project requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software & tools: Open Project, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Relevant Project Management certifications are highly preferred
• Certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align project objectives with organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate project goals and objectives to stakeholders.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions

• Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, solicit feedback, and foster alignment among stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, and provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
