Key Points
  • Having a preference for candidates under 30 while being open to relaxing the age limit for deserving candidates with experience.
  • Maintain HR database.
  • Proper documentation of personal files, and records of workers and officers.
  • Arrange and maintain office ethics, etiquette, and code of conduct. Any other task assigned by management.
  • Responsible for day-to-day secretarial jobs of the Managing Director’s office and maintaining proper confidentiality.
  • Drafting letters, meeting minutes, correspondence, proposals, speeches, etc. for the Managing Director both in Bangla and English as needed.
  • Notify the Chairman of upcoming events & formulate necessary arrangements.

Educational Requirements
  • Preference will be given to students from reputed universities.
  • Those who have studied English medium will be given more preference.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements
