ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter
-
Expertise in implementing database synchronization mechanisms between local and server-side databases (e.g., SQLite, Realm)
-
Proficient in Dart programming language and familiar with Flutter framework concepts and architecture.

Solid understanding of mobile app development principles, including design patterns, OOP, data structures, and algorithms
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
-
Experience with version control systems such as Git, and SVN.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with other mobile app development frameworks, such as React Native or native Android/iOS development

Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider or Bloc pattern
-
Understanding of RESTful web services and API integration

Experience with database systems such as SQLite or Firebase
RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTEXT

Develop and maintain robust and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications

Work diligently to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery

Utilize expertise in Flutter to create high-quality, responsive mobile applications

Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code using the MVVM architecture

Manage the release process of the app and publishing to iOS and Android app stores with appropriate metadata and compliance checks

Analyze app analytics, identify and address bugs, and respond to user feedback to maintain a positive user experience

Follow software and product development processes by working closely with product/project managers and with engineering teams

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in mobile technology and Flutter development
