We are seeking an individual to become a valued member of our Digital Marketing Department, contributing their analytical expertise and insights to drive our strategic goals and success.
- Salary-BDT 40,000- 60,000 – Type Of Job-Full Time – Job- Time-9 Hours – Work Location-Office Job – Work Location-Pragati Sarani, Dhaka – Weekend-Saturday, Sunday
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta ads, Tiktok ads)
- He must have very good experience working with Google Ads, Meta ads, and Tiktok ads.
- Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities
- Create and execute ad campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising
- Measure and analyze campaigns’ success using data and analytics tools
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing expertise and support where needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals
- Stay updated on market trends and technologies
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the team lead
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ad management and strategy
- Strong background in digital marketing, SaaS, and digital software marketing
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends
- Resourceful and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
