The ideal candidate will possess strong research and communication skills, with the ability to handle various tasks including property tax analysis, file retrieval, and excellent customer support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client & Customer Communication:

- Handle phone calls professionally, ensuring effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. Provide inbound and outbound customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering effective solutions.
- Research and Summarization:
- Conduct in-depth research on property tax variations across different states.
- Summarise findings and present comprehensive reports to assist decision-making processes.
- Property Analysis and File Retrieval:
- Execute searches for specific types of properties as per project requirements.
- Liaise with agents to retrieve necessary files and documentation.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in administrative functions as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, Research, customer care. Freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Fluency in writing and speaking in English is a must.
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Good communication skill, positive attitude, and the aptitude to take on a challenge.
