Join a growing team as a Tech Lead and drive end-to-end development of a core product, covering frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. This role blends engineering expertise with leadership and strategic thinking.
Your Role

Lead and contribute to full-stack product development

Design scalable backend/frontend systems

Build and manage cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Terraform)

Mentor developers, review code, and guide best practices

Collaborate with Product Managers to shape product direction

Stay ahead with tech evaluation and adoption
Must-Have
-
8+ years of web application development
-
3+ years of experience with statically typed languages (Java, C++, etc.)

Hands-on with cloud infra: AWS, Terraform, Docker

Strong leadership and communication
-
Agile/Scrum experience

Team/project management experience

Fluent English (spoken, written, listening)

Humble, team-oriented personality—able to work smoothly with Japanese colleagues
Nice-to-Have
