Vacancy: 01 Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 BDT Office Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (On-site)

Proven experience as a Personal Sectary, or in a similar role.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for business development.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Manage and organize the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and conferences.
Maintain records, files, and office supplies efficiently.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Business Coordinator and/or as a personal secretary.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Fluent in [Preferred Languages, e.g., English & Bengali].
